EvenDose Terms of Use

1. What EvenDose is

EvenDose is a record-keeping tool for people using GLP-1 injectable medication prescribed by a healthcare professional. It provides reminders, an injection log, dose history, injection-site rotation, a medication-supply counter, weight and side-effect logging, an estimated medication-level chart, and a printable report.

2. What EvenDose is not

EvenDose is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• The app does not tell you what dose to take, when to change a dose, or whether to skip or repeat a dose. Those decisions belong to you and your prescriber.
• The medication-level chart is an estimate calculated from the records you enter and general published half-life figures. It is not a measurement of anything in your body and must not be used to make dosing decisions.
• Reminders are a convenience. They can be delayed or suppressed by iOS settings, Focus modes, low-power mode, or device restarts. Do not rely on the app as your only safeguard against a missed or repeated dose.
• The report is a summary of your own entries for discussion with your clinician. It is only as accurate as what you entered.
• If you are unsure about a dose you have taken or missed, contact your prescriber or pharmacist. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

3. Your data

All therapy data you enter is stored on your device. We do not keep a copy. You are responsible for your own device backups. If you delete the app or lose access to your device, we cannot restore your records. See the Privacy Policy for details.

4. Subscription and payment

• EvenDose is a paid app. After setup, you have 14 days of full access without payment. After that, adding new records requires an active subscription. Existing records remain visible, and the basic injection reminder continues to work.
• Subscription options are shown in the app and billed through your Apple App Store account: a yearly plan and a monthly plan. Prices are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase.
• There is no free trial. There is no lifetime or one-time purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings, not in the app.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store terms. We cannot issue refunds directly.
• Changing the device clock does not extend the free period.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the app for your own personal record-keeping. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or Apple's App Store terms.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its design, and its content are owned by Stakyo, LLC. Medication names mentioned in the app are trademarks of their respective manufacturers and are used only to identify the medication you record. We are not affiliated with any pharmaceutical manufacturer.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of calculated values. We do not warrant that reminders will fire at the scheduled time on every device.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stakyo, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any health outcome, arising from use of or inability to use the app, including reliance on reminders, the estimated chart, or the report. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Apple

These terms are between you and Stakyo, LLC, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app and is not responsible for any claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms.

10. Changes and termination

We may update the app and these terms. The current version is published at this address with the date above. Continued use after a change means acceptance. We may discontinue the app; if so, active subscriptions are handled under App Store rules.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@stakyo.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days.
