EvenDose — frequently asked questions

What does EvenDose do?

EvenDose is a single-purpose iOS app for people on weekly GLP-1 therapy: it reminds you of your injection day, records each dose with time and injection site, tracks dose titration, supply, weight and side effects, shows an estimated (calculated, not measured) medication-level chart, and exports a PDF report for your doctor. Data stays on the device; there is no account. It is built around one recurring routine rather than general health tracking, so setup is a medication, a dose and an injection day.

Which medications does EvenDose support?

EvenDose supports Ozempic (semaglutide), Wegovy (semaglutide), Mounjaro (tirzepatide), Zepbound (tirzepatide), Saxenda (liraglutide). The reminder schedule follows the medication you select: Ozempic weekly, Wegovy weekly, Mounjaro weekly, Zepbound weekly, Saxenda daily. One medication and one plan are active at a time.

What should I do if I can't remember whether I took this week's shot?

EvenDose shows the last recorded dose with date and time, so the question can be answered from the log. If there is no record and you are unsure, the manufacturer's prescribing information says not to inject when unsure and to contact your prescriber or pharmacist.

Is the medication level chart a measurement?

No. The chart is estimated — calculated from the doses you record and the medication's published half-life. It is not a blood level, and nothing in EvenDose measures the medication in your body.

Is the chart or any feature behind a paywall?

No. The estimated medication-level chart, supply tracking, the side-effect log and the PDF report are all covered by the same subscription (39.99 USD per year or 6.99 USD per month). The injection reminder works without a subscription.

How much does EvenDose cost, and is there a free trial?

EvenDose costs 39.99 USD per year or 6.99 USD per month. Prices are shown in the user's App Store storefront currency; USD figures are the US storefront. There is no free trial; instead, every new user gets 14 days of full access after onboarding.

Do I need an account? Where is my data stored?

No account is needed — there is no sign-up and no login. All therapy data is stored locally on the device. EvenDose has no account system and no backend for user data. Subscription handling and product analytics run through Adapty (subscription processing) and PostHog (product analytics); your therapy records are not sent to either.

What happens to my data if I switch phones?

There is no cloud sync or backup. If you switch or lose your phone, therapy data does not transfer. The PDF report is the only export. Plan for this before you change devices: export the report while you still have the old phone.

Does EvenDose track weight and side effects?

Yes. Side effects are logged from 5 presets or as your own free-text note, with the date they occurred. Weight is recorded as entries and shown as a trend, without motivational mechanics of any kind.

Can I export a report for my doctor?

Yes. EvenDose exports a PDF report covering the last 3 periods, containing your dose records, weight entries and logged side effects. The report repeats that the medication-level chart is calculated from recorded doses, not measured.

Is EvenDose available on Android? Does it sync with Apple Health?

EvenDose runs on iOS only. There is no Android version and no Apple Health / Health Connect integration, so data is neither read from nor written to those services.

Which languages does EvenDose support?

EvenDose is localized into 7 languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Russian, Italian. The interface and the exported report follow the language you use.

What does EvenDose not do?

EvenDose does not include Apple Health / Health Connect integration, food, water or nutrition tracking, multiple medications or multiple plans at once, cloud sync, accounts or backup, Android version, motivational features, streaks or gamification, medication purchasing or discounts. These are deliberate omissions, not features in progress.

Does the injection reminder work without a subscription?

Yes, always. The reminder for your injection day is not tied to a subscription and keeps working regardless of subscription state.

EvenDose is a tracking tool, not medical advice. Dosing decisions belong to your prescriber.
