Common questions
I can't remember whether I logged this week's shot
Open the app: the home screen shows the last logged injection with its date and site. If the last entry is from last week, the app has no record of a new shot. The app cannot know whether you injected without you logging it. If you are unsure whether you injected, the prescribing information for your medication says not to take an extra dose when uncertain — contact your prescriber or pharmacist.
A reminder did not appear
Check that Settings → Notifications → EvenDose is allowed, that Focus or Do Not Disturb is not suppressing it, and that the reminder day and time in the app are what you expect. Reminders are local and do not need an internet connection.
I changed my phone — where is my data?
EvenDose stores data only on the device and has no account or cloud of its own. Records move to a new iPhone through iPhone-to-iPhone transfer or by restoring from a full iCloud or computer backup. If the new phone was set up from scratch, the records did not come with it and we cannot recover them.
The chart looks wrong
The chart is an estimate calculated from your logged doses and general half-life figures. It changes when you edit, add, or delete a record. It is not a measurement and should not guide dosing.
Subscription, billing, refunds
Purchases and renewals are managed by Apple. To view or cancel: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds: reportaproblem.apple.com. If the app does not recognise an active subscription, use "Restore purchases" in the app's settings.
Delete my data
Delete records inside the app, or delete the app to erase everything. Nothing remains on our side because nothing was sent to us. To request deletion of the anonymous analytics identifier, email support@stakyo.com.
