What the prescribing information says about a missed dose

The prescribing information for Saxenda says: If a dose is missed, take the next dose at the usual time the following day; do not take an extra dose. If 3 or more days are missed, contact the prescriber about restarting. If you are unsure whether you took the dose at all, the safe default in the label is not to inject again on a guess.
