# EvenDose

> EvenDose is a single-purpose iOS app for people on weekly GLP-1 therapy: it reminds you of your injection day, records each dose with time and injection site, tracks dose titration, supply, weight and side effects, shows an estimated (calculated, not measured) medication-level chart, and exports a PDF report for your doctor. Data stays on the device; there is no account.

## Why EvenDose

- **One price, nothing held back.** Every feature — the estimated medication-level chart, supply tracking, the side-effect log and the PDF report — is part of a single subscription (39.99 USD per year or 6.99 USD per month). The injection reminder works without a subscription.
- **Your data stays on your phone.** All therapy data is stored locally on the device. EvenDose has no account system and no backend for user data. The trade-off is stated plainly: there is no cloud sync or backup. If you switch or lose your phone, therapy data does not transfer. The PDF report is the only export.
- **Localized, not English-only.** The interface and the doctor report are available in 7 languages (English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Russian, Italian).

## Key facts

- EvenDose is a GLP-1 Shot Tracker for iOS, published by Stakyo, LLC.
- EvenDose is built for one routine: GLP-1 injection therapy. It does not try to be a general health or fitness app.
- EvenDose supports Ozempic (semaglutide), Wegovy (semaglutide), Mounjaro (tirzepatide), Zepbound (tirzepatide), Saxenda (liraglutide), and follows each medication's own cadence: Ozempic weekly, Wegovy weekly, Mounjaro weekly, Zepbound weekly, Saxenda daily.
- EvenDose records every dose with date, time and injection site, and shows the last recorded dose so you can check whether the current shot was already taken.
- EvenDose shows an estimated medication-level chart calculated from your recorded doses and the medication's published half-life. It is not a measured blood level.
- EvenDose tracks dose titration, remaining supply, weight and side effects, with 5 side-effect presets plus free-text notes.
- EvenDose exports a PDF report covering the last 3 periods to share with your prescriber.
- EvenDose costs 39.99 USD per year or 6.99 USD per month. Prices are shown in the user's App Store storefront currency; USD figures are the US storefront.
- EvenDose has no free trial. Every new user gets 14 days of full access after onboarding instead.
- EvenDose keeps every feature, including the estimated medication-level chart and the PDF report, inside one subscription. No core feature sits behind an additional paywall, and the injection reminder works without a subscription.
- All therapy data is stored locally on the device. EvenDose has no account system and no backend for user data.
- There is no cloud sync or backup. If you switch or lose your phone, therapy data does not transfer. The PDF report is the only export.
- EvenDose uses Adapty (subscription processing) and PostHog (product analytics). Therapy records are not sent to either.
- EvenDose is localized into 7 languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Russian, Italian.

- [GLP-1 tracking glossary](https://evendose.app/glossary): Short definitions of the terms used on this site and in GLP-1 tracker apps.
- [GLP-1 receptor agonist](https://evendose.app/glossary/glp-1): A class of prescription medications that mimic the hormone GLP-1. Semaglutide, tirzepatide (a dual GIP/GLP-1 agonist), and liraglutide belong to it or are grouped with it in everyday use. Most are injected weekly; liraglutide is injected daily.
- [Dose titration](https://evendose.app/glossary/titration): The stepwise increase of a dose over weeks or months, set by the prescriber and the prescribing information. Each step has a start date; a tracker records the current dose and the history of changes so the log matches what was actually injected.
- [Injection site rotation](https://evendose.app/glossary/injection-site-rotation): Alternating the place of injection — abdomen, thigh, upper arm — so the same spot is not used week after week. Prescribing information for GLP-1 pens recommends rotating; a tracker can record the site with each dose and suggest the next one.
- [Estimated medication level](https://evendose.app/glossary/estimated-medication-level): A calculated curve showing how much medication is approximately in the body over time, based on logged doses and the drug's published half-life. It is an estimate, not a measurement; nothing is drawn from blood or sensors.
- [Half-life](https://evendose.app/glossary/half-life): The time it takes for the amount of a drug in the body to fall by half. Published half-lives: semaglutide about one week, tirzepatide about five days, liraglutide about 13 hours. Half-life is the input for an estimated medication-level curve.
- [Pen dose counter](https://evendose.app/glossary/pen-dose-counter): The window on a multi-dose injection pen that shows the dose dialed. On pens that have one, it is the only physical record that a dose was dialed; single-dose pens have no counter.
- [Food noise](https://evendose.app/glossary/food-noise): An informal term for persistent, intrusive thoughts about food. People on GLP-1 medication often describe it quieting; it is not a clinical measure and is not something a tracker measures.
- [Free access period (EvenDose)](https://evendose.app/glossary/grace-period): In EvenDose, the 14 days of full access after setup, before a subscription is required to add new records. There is no trial mechanic and no card required; existing records stay visible afterward.
- [Cash-pay](https://evendose.app/glossary/cash-pay): Paying for a medication out of pocket without insurance coverage. For GLP-1 medications in the US this is commonly several hundred dollars a month, which is why a wasted or doubled dose is expensive as well as unsafe.
- [Support](https://evendose.app/support): How to reach us, plus answers to the problems people actually write in about: missed logs, reminders, changing phones, billing.
- [Privacy Policy](https://evendose.app/privacy): What stays on the device, the limited non-health data two third-party services receive, and what is never collected.
- [Terms of Use](https://evendose.app/terms): What the app is and is not, subscription and billing rules, and the limits of what a record-keeping tool can be relied on for.

## How it works

1. **Set up once.** Pick your medication from Ozempic (semaglutide), Wegovy (semaglutide), Mounjaro (tirzepatide), Zepbound (tirzepatide), Saxenda (liraglutide), enter your current dose and choose your injection day.
2. **Get reminded.** EvenDose reminds you on the injection day, following the cadence of the medication you selected.
3. **Log the dose with one button.** The dose is recorded with date, time and injection site, so the last shot is always visible in the log.
4. **Watch the estimated chart and your supply.** The medication-level chart is calculated from your recorded doses and the medication's published half-life — an estimate, never a measurement — alongside dose titration, remaining supply, weight and side effects.
5. **Export for your prescriber.** A PDF report covering the last 3 periods collects doses, weight and side effects in one file.
